Animals of Niger The cheetah lives in Niger. Its top speed is around 60 miles per hour. The cheetah is also an endangared animal. The crocodile is another animal in Niger. It is usually found in fresh water. They eat fish, and when they are older bigger animals. Landforms of Niger. One landform is the Niger River it is 4,180 km! The Air mountains are another landform rising 6,000 ft in elevation. Music is a big part of Nigers culture. It has some instruments that are farmiliar to ours like the tinde which is similar to a drum. Also art is a big deal they make blankets, silver and many other things.
